Hi, I am Ike Muoma
personal trainer

I am a personal trainer and martial arts specialist with almost 20 years experience. On the personal training side of things, over the years I have trained hundreds of people from a wide variety of back grounds all with variety of goals. Weather that be to lose fat, gain muscle or just to generally get fit I am a results oriented trainer who pushes people not just to get them fit, but to help them realise their potential of a state mind and body wellness. I try not to focus solely on goals such as for instance a 20inch bicep. sure,  if you want that I can help you. But my overarching aim for my clients is to bring about that sense of wellness that will carry them and pervades into every area of their lives.

In terms of my martial arts experience. I have been training in the art of Muay Thai training for the past 17 years; its been of passion and have attained the level of Kru(Black belt.) I have taught martial arts and self defence to adults and children alike and I currently run two children’s martial arts clubs in London in conjunction with Gannon’s Mixed Martial Arts. My motto is Martial arts is not simply a form of fighting, but a way of life that influences how one perceives the world, themselves and other people. Its a way to achieve a state physical, mental growth, influencing the decisions you make and how you make and how you lead your life with a positive mindset and self image. This is particuarly important lesson I try to instil into children. So whether you want to learn a traditional form of martial arts such as Muay Thai Boxing or pick up some basic self defence techniqes or punch, kick, elbow or knee the pads to get the heart rate up and burn some calories, I can help you and give you a fantastic workout.
